EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
. Merchandise must be returned with the RETURN TAG attached.
. All import fees, taxes and/or duties are the responsibility of the customer, only partial refund will be issued if the delivery is unsuccessful or refused by you due to the unpaid taxes and/or duties.
. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed, in it's original condition and packaging as received (if the package receive damaged, then please return the merchandise in the damaged packaging).
. All footwear must be returned in it's original condition with original shoebox and packaing, NO postal lables on the shoebox.
. Under garment, swimwear and bodysuits cannot be returned.
. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
. All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
. The cost of the return shipment will not be covered by JESSICABUURMAN.
. Refund will only be issued in it's original form of payment method or Store Credit.
. Return must be send back to the Return Address we’ve provided.
*Please try on the footwear on a soft surface until you've decided to keep them. We can NOT accept footwear with bottom sole marked, dirtied, scratched or with protective peel removed.
*Please wrap the return merchandise with care. Merchandise must be returned in it's original condition, unused and undamaged, with all garment tags attached and in their original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted or a percentage of compensation will deducted depends on the severity of the damage.
*Please declare your return package with lower value or the actual price you've paid for (exclude the shipping charge you've paid for) as you'll be responsible for the extra duty charge occurred by the high value declared on the return package.
*It's the customer's responsible for all import fees, taxes and/or duties. If the shipment is refused upon delivery due to the import fees, taxes and/or duties, the package will either be destroyed or returned to it's sender, in those cases, only partial refund will be issued if the delivery is unsuccessful or refused by you due to the unpaid taxes and/or duties.
HOW TO EXCHANGE / RETURN
1. Please complete our Return Form to receive your RMA Number. You can also email us at: email@example.com or Request Return by Login to MY ACCOUNT, from MY RETURNS, click on REQUEST A RETURN OF A RECENT PURCHASE.
2. We’ll provide you our Return Address once the Return Form received. (The Return Address is located in China) You can also check the status of your Return Request by Login to MY ACCOUNT.
*Please ONLY send the package back to the Return Address we’ve provided. We’ll not be responsible for package returned to other addresses.
3. Print out your Return Form & include the Return Form inside the package. Please retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.
*Please wrap the return merchandise with care as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for any damage or lost until we receive them at our warehouse.

All shoes must be tried on a soft surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original condition with undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received with manufacturing fault. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on JESSICABUURMAN. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
TAXES AND DUTIES
All import fees, taxes and/or duties are the responsibility of the customer, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
Your package is shipped as DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid". VAT, Taxes and/or duties are NOT included in the shipping fee or the product price. Taxes and/or duties are NOT within our control because they are levied by the law of the country your order is being shipped to.
JESSICABUURMAN is NOT responsible for those taxes and/or duties. We cannot predict if you'll be charged and what your particular charges may be. If those charges occurred, you'll be contacted by the shipping company on behalf of customs. It's your responsibility for the charges to be paid in order for your package to be released from customs.
*Gift invoice is available upon request, but we can NOT guarantee it'll avoid the possible taxes and/or duties.
Please understand we can only issue partial refund for your order if the delivery is unsuccessful or refused by you due to the unpaid taxes and/or duties.
