EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
. All exchange / return must be requested within 7 days of receipt.
. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
. Merchandise must be returned unused, undamaged, with all garment tags attached and in their original condition and packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer or a percentage of compensation will deducted depends on the severity of the damage.
. SALE items cannot be returned.
. Hair accessories, under garment, swimwear and bodysuits cannot be returned.
. Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, PayPal) will require a handling & processing fee of 5% of item price, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you.
. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
. All exchanges are based on stock availability.
. The cost of the return shipment will not be covered by JESSICABUURMAN.
HOW TO EXCHANGE / RETURN
1. Please contact our Support Team to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Number) & Return / Exchange Form.
2. Please fill out Return / Exchange Form & email it back to our Support Team.
3. We’ll provide you our Return Address once Return / Exchange Form received. Please ONLY send the package back to the Return address we’ve provided. We’ll not be responsible for package returned to other addresses.
4. Please include the Return / Exchange Form inside the package & retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.
. Original shipping charges are non-refundable
. Refunds will be processed within approximately 3 working days after we receive your return.
. Exchange will be processed within approximately 3 working days after we receive your return.
. Store credit can only be used at our online website, www.jessicabuurman.com .
. Please treat Store Credit like Cash.
. Store Credit can be transferred to another account.
. Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected ‘Store Credit’ as the refund method.
. Store Credit may be used to purchase Gift Card to our store.
. Store Credit cannot be redeemed to your credit card or PayPal as cash.
. Store Credit never expires.
. Any purchase or exchange amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
. Your use of the Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.
. To view your Store Credit Balance, log into your JESSICABUURMAN account, Your Store Credit will be displayed on the ‘My Account’ Page, under ‘Store Credit’.

All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original condition with undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.
Lingerie & Swimwear
Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received with manufacturing fault. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on JESSICABUURMAN. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
