All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched.
All exchange/return should be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

We recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for any damage or lost until we receive them at our warehouse.
All items must be returned unused, undamaged, with all garment tags attached and in their original condition and packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer or a percentage of compensation will deducted depends on the severity of the damage.
All items returned should have a Return/Exchange Form included in the return package. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
Change of heart or item(s) received do(es) not suit you? We are more than happy to arrange for exchange.
We accept exchange for unwanted item(s) or gift(s).
We accept exchange for unfitted size, you may change your item to a difference size or style.
Please be aware for exchange you may required to pay for any cost difference.
Shipping is free on the replacement item, however all exchanges are based on stock availability.
The cost of the return shipment will not be covered by JESSICABUURMAN, we only cover the cost of the return shipment for orders that received incorrectly or have manufacturing fault.
We only accept returns for item(s) received damaged or has manufacturer faults, item(s) damaged as a result of wear and tear will not be considered to be faulty.
Unfortunately we do not offer free try-it-on service. We do not accept refund for change of heart.
We do not accept refunds on sale items and special orders.
Refund will be issued as JESSICABUURMAN store credit, please note 5% restocking fee maybe charged.
Original cost of shipping is non-refundable unless orders received incorrectly or have manufacturing fault.
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original condition with undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.
Lingerie & Swimwear
Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received with manufacturing fault. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on JESSICABUURMAN. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
